Beginners Make-up Course

Take the first step towards becoming a professional makeup artist with our Beginners' Makeup Course. Experiment and learn to create 3 full makeup looks - minimal and natural, classic bridal, and special occasion evening looks. Oracle will provide a resource handbook covering; Health & Safety, Salon hygiene and sanitation, Client consultation, contra-indications, and client care

Course Criteria;

• Introduction to the service
• Health & safety. Setting up your kit.
• Preparation and hygiene
• History and treatment benefits.
• Contra-indications.
• Consultation techniques.
• Anatomy and physiology.
• Product and equipment knowledge.
• How to sculpture the face.
• Demonstration and In-depth look at step-by-step makeup application techniques to create 3 looks (natural, bridal, and evening).

Entry/Course Requirements:

• Learners must be 16 years of age or over.
• This course is suitable for beginners.
• You will receive learner handbook with work sheets to complete
• You are required to provide 1 model (16+) at 11am. Please check beforehand that your model has no contra-indications to the treatment.
• Please bring an electronic device (laptop/tablet/smartphone) to video any of the demonstrations
